But she was raised with 3 brothers and no sisters for almost the entire time, it was not until her late teens when her mother remarried. Everyone on this planet (except u apparently) realizes that foster parenting is a temporary situation. In my jurisdiction kids are only allowed to stay in a particular home for 6 mos.
