As well as Ryan did with these facts, he should have let Biden answer where Scranton's unemployment rate is at. Because the way Biden is saying "Yea" ... While I agree with the Republicans that Biden should have toned it down a bit, Biden's foreign policy, tax policy and abortion views DESTROY Ryan's. I mean, Ryan's views on Iran and abortion. Who thinks like that anymore?
