Wow, I really think the conservative agenda looses a few brain cells every day. This guy proves this assumption. @MyLifeInAHole Why should I show respect towards someone who thinks "lefties...should be taken out to the ditch and shot"? Some people are worth arguing with, but the fellow I replied to isn't one of them. "Eye (or two) for an eye" is a barbaric form of "justice" that does nothing but satiate the bloodlust of individuals like the guy I replied to. Such views deserve nothing but mockery and condemnation.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was tortured into admitting. Who is he? Some random who looks like Saddam Hussein? American's need justice and they'll probably have this random noob executed to prove that torturing innocent people can actually make them confess to absolutely anything you want.

he's not a soldier, his crime was during peacetime. Bush's policies didn't give any rights to the accused at all. We will try him, he'll get a fair shake (because that's what Americans do) and he'll get what he deserves.
