Cry Blood, Apache

A party of five men discover gold in a small Apache camp. They murder everyone there except for one young woman, who they keep alive hoping she'll lead them to more gold. Only Pitcalin among the five men shows kindness to the prisoner. An Apache brave who was away from the camp discovers the massacre and buries the dead. Then he tracks the murderers and brings slow but steady vengeance upon them

Now Checkism does have a point, but to say that "justice" did not exist amongst the indigenous peoples of North America is far from the truth. They had their ways, systems of Government and trade. But, they did lack formal writing which is why we don't know much about their histories. Also, they lacked and still lack tribal cooperation - inter-tribal fighting is what kills and continues to kill any progress of American Indians fighting for their rights/justice.

It is my understanding that the native Americans were/are still reeling from this 'justice' that saw all their lands stolen, children stolen, wealth stolen, history stolen, future stolen. You will excuse me if I say, that crap is noy 'justice' its outright thuggery and theft. You cannot compare this theft by white America and Europe to tribal Native American in fighting.

The Sioux took lands from others when they were forced out of the east by other warring tribes who fled from the white men in the east.

People defending themselves, their family, land and country from murders, rapist and colonisers...I personally call that self defense and whatever it takes. Seems to me some ppl are more concerned with horses. The 'deacon' (sic) makes me want to rush out to church right now, what a great advert for religion he is.
