Video features a soft rock piano/vocals melody orchestrating stills from Al Jolson's 1927 "The Jazz Singer," Credited as the first "talkie" (Jolson occasionally sang and spoke between subtitles) the movie was actually the last successful silent film of the post-Valentino era. The song, incidentally, owes to people judged more by "how" rather than by "what" they say. The video portrays our desire for others to be as we see them, not as they view themselves.

  • Really nice job. I never thought of doing this with a silent film. And the song is great, too. :-)

  • The melody is gorgeous. You play the music very well. ;)

  • Hello. Did you write this music, and is that you singing? It is very good. I have trouble myself talking to people sometimes. I am very shy. But, those are great pictures and wonderful music that touches and inspires. ;)
