Great title track from 1969 album, by the group of the same name. The lyrics actually say "Everything is all the same." The album features the original version of Witchi Tai To, Oooh Baby, and other psychedelic and blues/jazz tracks. This track has a nifty fast melody line and brilliant flute and organ solos. Composed and sung by Chris Hills, guitarist, with Jim Pepper on flute, and organist Lee Reinoehl. The group also included Chip Baker on guitar and vocals, and John Waller and Jim Zitro on drums.

recounts the early history of the group, which started as the Free Spirits and included Bob Moses (who wrote a track on the E is E album) and Larry Coryell.
