T-bar rows are a great way to work the trapezius area of the back. With your knees in a slightly bent position, use a wide grip to bring the weight up to your chest. Keep your back straight and be sure not to bend or flex when pulling the weight towards you.
The exercise would probably be easier for her to do if she took her top off and let her boobs hang over the end of the bench.
