T-bar rows are a great way to work the trapezius area of the back. With your knees in a slightly bent position, use a wide grip to bring the weight up to your chest. Keep your back straight and be sure not to bend or flex when pulling the weight towards you.

  • The exercise would probably be easier for her to do if she took her top off and let her boobs hang over the end of the bench.
