I have a question: I replaced the thrust washers in my 69 MGB (wirewheels) and it helped with the clonk - however I noticed that the PINION pin (the 1/2" by 4" or so shaft holding the pinion wheels) had two flats on it. Is this right? Do the flats indicate wear? Not clear if pin was manufactured like that. Should I have replaced the pinion pin? You can see videos of my replacement project on the attached video. (there's a part 2 as well)

Was hoping you could tell me if my axle bearings in my dana 35 are bad or not? I have some pin play in the differential, hoping this is my problem.

I have been watching your videos today. They are great. I wish I was closer to you guys (Montreal).
I have the problem of my wire wheel tires rubbing on the inside of wells. This is first time I have heard of two sized diffs.
Thanks, please keep them coming.
