@pdak005 I never liked meditating either, so I never made myself do it. I have found that does seem to be what I am though, interesting. So now I find I have started to use this tool on occasion. Its nice to have the freedom to choose. Don't dump the slips if it leaves you falling down the crack between the worlds though. It hurts! Use what you need,Having a large tool kit helps you to not get attached to any particular ones.

Learn what meaning you give to every aspect. Nothing has no inherent meaning,so do not ask others what meaning you SHOULD assign. Asking other what meaning they assign may give clues, but ultimately you need to find what things means to you personally. NOTHING has no meaning. Only you exist. Only your experience exists. Even your apparent existence its self is a permission slip for the one to explore and have fun. Humans are a cosmic comedy.

Smoking is permission to breathe. Eating is a permission slip ,drinking is a permission slip........We have been ALLOWING the illusory to control us. Learn to give yourselves permission to exist, love and move freely between dimensions. Then smoking, eating and drinking will be only for the pleasure and fun we designed it for. Everything is a permission slip.Telephone, internet, all communication tools and travel vehicles. We are becoming free to do without them if we choose.
