Hey Philips this is where i live and its no supprise to any one here ? Our city is full of drug users and criminals . one time i went to Detroit and was in shock on how bad the crime was but now i look around and theres no difference to me? If you go any where near down town or as we call it over the rhine you are takeing a big chance on your life ? You could be robbed and shot over 10 dollars and usualy even if you give up the money you still get shot. This place is the arm pit of USA.
