A historic Paso Robles building reopens after five years because the 2003 San Simeon Earthquake left it badly damaged. City leaders are hopeful the unveiling of the restored Carnegie Library will help bring locals one step closer to putting the earthquake's destruction behind them. A sneak peak inside the 1908 brick building in Downtown City Park reveals a bright room with rich chocolate refinish on original woodwork detailing.

  • that was the only earthquake i was in that i felt.

    boy i lived on vandenberg afb and the pool there cracked and leaked out
