The name's Chris DePeugh. This video was taken around December of 2008 in Germany (Military Base). I wasn't going all the way down because I recently, "severely" injured my left knee about 2 weeks prior. I have been 100% natural all my life and I weighed about 185lbs in this video. I take an energy drink prior to my workouts and a protein shake and glutamine right after. After this video was taken, I stopped leg pressing all together to give my knee the proper recovery time and I have started to Dead Lift for the first time in my life (About 3 months ago) and am currently Dead Lifting 500lbs for 8 great reps. I'll post a video some time soon, when I feel I am doing a reasonable amount of weight. Keep in mind, Ronnie Coleman weighs a solid 230+lbs and uses steroids, when he did his 2,300lbs leg press. Train hard, gain big
