Truck won't start when it's below around 50 degrees. Already replaced glow plug relay controller. Truck hasn't been plugged in for about two days in video.

  • I put new glow plugs in yesterday. Now it starts cold no problem.

  • what kind of glowplugs did you put in ? and how much did it cost?

  • @DieselProductionz85

I think I put Bosch glow plugs in, if I remember correctly. I don't know what they cost because they were given to me by a friend who had them laying around. I no longer own the truck, but a friend of mine bought it from me. As far as I know he hasn't had any issue with them.

Actually the entire problem was caused by Autolite glow plugs.

    Thanks for trolling.

  • fixed or repaired daily

  • just a little tip, push the throttle about halfway or more ( depending on the tempeture )

and right when it starts let go.

  • nice truck my 94 f250 starts like charm in the cold

  • my truck has a hard time starting ...glow plug relay is shot on mine ..maybe that why yours has a hard time starting? hopefully after i get mine fixed it should start up no problem

  • @MaTT22296 yaeh i work at a diesel shop and i see more cummins get dragged in then any other diesel, and guess what its mostly the 5.9!!!! very seldom do we have a powerstroke pull in and if we do its usually because some idiot tried beefing it up and ended up fucking it up!!!

  • @HicktownFarmboy1314 my mistake i spelled it wrong asshole. i have a 2000 dodge 1 ton dully 4x4 with a manual trans and a cummins diesel and its tougher then the power stroke

  • @HicktownFarmboy1314 my mistake i spelled it wrong u asshole. i own a 2000 dodge dully 4x4 with a stickand a diesel. it is the toughest truck. way tougher then the ford power stroke. maybe the older ford deisels are stroger but the new ones have no balls

  • @MaTT22296 yeah u dont own a truck! Its not spelled "CUMMINGS" retard its spelled Cummins go look on the side of your truck (if you really own one) and u'll see its spelled like that!!! retard!!!
