  • this at first hi made me laugh :))

  • It's pain in the ass to use this.

  • wat is the name of the software used please ?

  • no its not... ur face is a gimmick! lmbo! jp

  • some things just arent necessary. lol

  • can anyone please tell me how to use it???? i have a qosmio g55, but i dont know how to run the gesture control,. plzzzzzz tell me,. thx

  • looooool errrr whats wrong with a wireless lazer mouse???? :-o

  • Also don't forget - the EyeToy / Sony Eye has been quite successful on the gaming market - without actually recognising hands.

  • It's not really meant as a mouse replacement, but it can be useful in some situations:

    - you watch TV and get a call on your cell phone, you can just pause by raising your hand

    - you have an information terminal behind glass, no mouse, no touch screen. You can still use your hands

    - some people cannot use the mouse (handicapped/RSI) might be an alternative

I also consider it a step forward in a classical AI problem. The computer actually "recognises" the hand. Nice.
