they say that the computer does not charge it that well so try to us a wall charger

my phone has done that. sometimes it says it has charged at low power levels and hthat was my problem. my solution,,, keep pluging it in and unplugging it until it returns to normal.

same thing happened to me i just restored it ike 54365 times then it worked

As long as you didn't try jailbreaking it, it'll probably be fine.

You need to replace battery of the iPod touch. Go to Apple Store and purchase a new battery.
