I'll be honest, even as a Pens fan. If I were in Hossa's shoes and my main goal was to win the Cup before I retired, I probably would have gone to the Wings as well. They looked poised to repeat that offseason. I have nothing against Hossa, it's just very ironic and comical how it worked out, and I LOVED the outcome the following year btw. And then he ended up getting his Cup with the Hawks anyway so it worked out for everyone.

That's not why the call Sid a crybaby. They call him a crybaby because he usually complains to the officials about penalty calls, etc. It's a reputation that he built that has been blown out of proportion a little bit.

HAHA! All you people hating on the Red Wings. Hate on whatever team you want. As a wings fan myself, of course it was dissapointing to see your team lose game seven down only one goal. I'm sure the previous year when Detroit won, you were upset when your team lost also. I don't care what team you are a fan of, you know which teams are the best if you actually follow the NHL. Detroit and Pittsburgh were, and still are, two of the hottest teams in the NHL. 2 back to back meetings, both earned cup.

Who gives a crap about Hossa winning the cup. The guy plays a couple of games then is out with injury for weeks. Then he comes back and reinjures himself lol.

I'm so glad the Pens won the cup. Detroit should not be called hockeytown with there spoiled fans that are assholes. That's what you get Hossa for leaving the Pens.
