We Got It Made (1987)

As you know this week is Turkey Week here on YNX NewMedia, while our sister channel VSC is showing game shows, we're showing the obscure stuff.


In this case, a 1987 episode of "We Got It Made", which premiered in 1983-84 on NBC, only to be revived in 1987-88 in first-run syndication (initially for the NBC-owned stations as part of their Prime-Time at 7:30 experiment!)

THis was from back when NBC stations tried first-run syndicated sitcoms Monday-Friday at 7:30PM in 1987-88. The revamped version of this show, You Can't Take It With You, Out of This World, and Marblehead Manor, and She's the Sheriff were the shows. When three of these shows tanked in the first season and got cancelled, a lot of the stations picked up Combs syndie Feud for that time slot. Out of This World lasted for four seasons and She's the Sheriff for two.

It is with great sadness I remember the original show open to We Got It Made 83! Not this one!
