to all that have a doubt about this files, this will not damage your pc, I´ve been doing this for 3 years now and it´has never mess up anything in my pc or lap. They are always fast and I probably clean the %temp% often and defragmented too, but still this file makes my pc run fast and smooth, thatnks for the video bro! you are a good fella...

as u have more files this will actually make ur computer slower. consider my words before u use this. u could seriously damage ur pc if u do this.

Before my RAM was always full about 80%, and PC slow as f$cking snail, now fast as a beast!
