Well to be honest, the breeders did in fact breed those traits into them. So they actually did choose to make the animal look a certain way through selective breeding. I wouldn't be so worried about the big jowls, so much as i would the chewed up ears. Fighting these dogs (or any other dog) is barbaric. Unless your name is Michael Vick, in which case it's apparently okay to do. P.S. Michael Vick is a piece of shit. I hope he gets his balls chewed off by Cerberus in Hell :)

love all dogs but feel pity for dogs bred with ridiculous abnormalities. hate so called 'breders' who claim to love dogs, yet purposly give them disabilitys.... and ive got news for idiots aying this helps the dog protect its neck while fighting, neo's hav'nt fought for 100's if not 1000's of years, and originals only had a small amount of jowl...

@OMFGVICKY wow calling me an idiot when you failed to see my point. well this 'breed' is not suppose to have excessive skin like this, that is for show. this neo is to real neo's as a modern british bulldog is to it ancestors. the 'breed' is MADE to look like this without thought as to health problems that come with the looks.
and so,; breeders DO give them disabilities for show purposes, as they have with the brit bulldog with its massive head and rediculous short legs.
