Sorry I haven't been uploading videos or replying to comments the past month. I've been playing Shogun 2 much more than Rome, and since I don't like spending too much time on the computer, I felt it was appropriate to sacrifice some online activities including YouTube. I'll probably get around to uploading more in the future.

In the mean time, here's something completely different. It's a highlight of the Cupola spliced out of a much longer tour, provided by NASA's Cady Coleman. I enjoy watching educational videos, and the astronauts currently on board the International Space Station often provide updates, descriptions and tours of their daily life. It's very interesting if you're even remotely into science, and a shame these types of videos get so little attention.

  • The only reason I don't keep up with the space program anymore is because of where it is headed. We have done great and still do great but I fear america is cutting to much from our space programs. Space travel and exploration should be one of humanity's highest priorities in my opinion. Limitless resources, limitless space, and limitless knowledge...only wish I could see it :)

  • @HeirofCarthage I concur. Seeing the CxP program end and the shuttles retired is disheartening. As trends shine and fade in the pendulum of sociology, I expect it will return as an interest or priority once again in the future, but I wish that future were today, during my time and my life. I suppose we'll have to rely on imagination for a couple decades.

  • WTF WINDOWS XP !!

    ISS IS SUICIDAL ????

  • @DevilMatt777 Sounds like you've seen a lot. What other planets have you visited? And I don't find it too valuable to accuse based upon ignorance. We were all naive once, only graduating into new realms of naivety. If anything, circumstances beyond your personal control led you to comprehend differently, so I don't see how you're special enough to be condescending. Don't forget that relativism extends into intellectualism. :)

  • @hardstyle905 Or their education budget $69.9 billion.

  • @1davidcampbell I know right. Comparing their military budget ($650 billion) to NASA's budget ($17 billion) can only make one sad.

  • @ytalexomir You is stupid? Yes, you are. I've been using XP for 8 years. Not a single blue screen in the last 5 years, and I use it every single day. You just have to know how to use it. Judging by your grammar though, all you care about is being an asshole with no friends.

  • to bad windows xp

    its all bunkum (eyewash)

people dont see only to watch

    and at the end wow

this project takes more than 40 years discovery

its only for the money , people died in space or spaceshuttle the dont care

the important thing is still and be : ME ME ME ME only ME and money MONEY

  • If only the US spent their military budgets on space exploration.

  • @KittySN The MPCV tests are going very well, all is not lost but simply on hold. I was extremely sad to see the cancellation of a moon return and very disappointed to see a manned asteroid mission take its place, however more and more nations are improving their space exploration capabilities and i am hopeful that an international manned moon mission may be something to look forward too, moving onto an international lunar outpost (much like the iss but a moon based station on the ground!)

  • is this a UFO moving around at 1:04?

  • @Izenith1 america is taking care! they are bombing libia and irak for that. enjoy!

  • @HeirofCarthage I think true exploration will only start when all oil is drilled and only uranium is left as an energy source.. then we'll open moon bases to scoop for uranium and after that mars bases. the sad part is - we will be long history and wont have a chance of seeing that.
