Hi. Here is an example of the Donley Scapular exercises I do. These exercises help to increase strength, longevity, and flexibility in my shoulders and back. I have taken off my shirt for a better view of how the exercises work the scapulars. I would like to apologize for the visibility of my boxers. I realize this is an unprofessional look, and will prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you, and please look for more videos in the future.

  • By far the best protocal for scapula range of motion. Theses exercises would be great for baseball pitchers, golfers and swimmers where scapula flexibility means everything.

  • the ones where your side is facing the camera, can't tell what you're doing!

  • @4butler11 i like band pull aparts and scap pushups, overhead scap pres, scarecrows, cubanpress, bent over rows, chinups, handstand pushups. And i x2 what itsahatch said

  • Your serratus anterior, pectoralis major, anterior deltoid and other such muscles are all tight and need to be stretched daily. These exercises are a good start to strengthen your back, as you need to do that as well.

  • Hey guys, I have a serious winged scapula problem due to years of bad posture from sitting playing computer games. My shoulder blades stick out about 3-4 inches from my back.

Could someone plz give me some advice, plz

  • great work way to make it simple

  • I agree that the frequency is a tad excessive. These are small muscles after all. And, with added weight strain, my unprofessional opinion is that you are good once or twice a week. Thats if you are using weight. I use weights to strengthen my rotator cuffs once or twice a week. More I think is overtraining.

  • Overall, very good protocol. Perhaps a little excessive on the recommended frequency of training. Good work.
