The Clark County Public Administrator's office announces to Erik Scott's brother that he is planning to break into Erik's apartment to take his valuables (together with Las Vegas Metro Police).
Las Vegas Metro had just gunned down Erik Scott at the Sumerlin Costco hours before this voicemail message was sent. Why was the Public Administrator together with Las Vegas Metro in such a rush to secure the property of the victim they had just killed?

Ever notice how the 2nd gun wasn't even mentioned until after his condo was broken into? How does the big monster officer Mosher handcuff search the dead victim finding a wallet with I.D. but not two clips and a 2nd gun? Because there were none.
