  • Gracias, Gabi. El ejercicio me parece muy interesante, especialmente para quiénes ya se inclinan hacia adelante y tienen dificultad para levantar los brazos ó ponerse erecto. Me imagino que además de los músculos de los brazos tambén se benifician los de la spalda.
