Forgive the editing errors! lol HEY! =) 1st let me say, I am NOT trying to lose weight, but if I was, this is my Personal plan when I'm cutting down the calories. Hope it helps! (Please don't criticize my personal preferences. They've worked fine for me for years) . Watch all the way through.

  • Tomorrow's Christmas, so I probably wont start right away.. But this will definately be my New Year's resolution! I don't have much to lose, just some around my chest and back.. Hopefully I'll find a plan I can stick to! Thanks for the tips! :)

  • I remember a video you did talkin about some sweetener you use...what was it called?

  • Hi, I always try not to drink too much water when I eat, I only drink about half a cup (to down my vitamins) if that. If you drink too much while eating you dilute your gastric juices (that help with digestion). I've done that since I was a child and have never had weight issues. I also NEVER drink anything other than water, no soda , no juice, NADA. I don't like sugar and eat few grains. Eat organic if possible. HTH :)

  • You should make this a challenge(for your subbies to set and reach a healthier weight) because when i try to exercise im not committed to it for long. I always do better with a group that is working toward the same goal...like in sports.

  • So true Andrea! I lost 53 lbs myself and the same things you cut out I absolutely have to also in order to cut weight! I don't drink sodas or most juices, no bread, white rice or cheese, I drink half my weight in water daily or more. A few tips of my own are: Take fish oil supplants daily along with a multi-vitamin, try to do a liquid cleanse atleast once every 3 months

  • I dont agree about COFFEE! I am in love with coffee and drink it without sugar or cream, I just love but that put aside it is my BIGGEST appetite-killer!! try it please ! I hope it works for you
