In this second part of an extremely interesting Lecture given by Dr Tom Bearden at the Evolving Ideas Conference in 1998, Dr. Bearden begins to elaborate on the biological implications of massive amounts of energy at the atomic scale which have been ignored by modern electrodynamics.

This is an extremely great scientific explanation of what is known in eastern traditions as Ki/Chi/Prana. He explains the basis by which the masters of yoga and martial arts perform their 'supernatural' abilities.

Interesting because Alex Collier in 1995 talked about healing by going back in time and bringing the body back to where it was the stongest. He also mentioned "scalar energy" being used to cause a quake in Japan. He said this in 1995!
