@SkittleStar79 I love going in the pool, but note.. try to not go to the gym work out your arms on the weights(biceps,triceps forearms etc..) then go into the pool for 2 hours because the next day.. ... just.. you wont move.. lol

You started off your exercise well by swinging your arms, soon you got tired of doing it. and Out of breath! Oh My My. It is in the middle of winter up here. I want some of the heat.
