Stupid SCS Tricks

How about combining the SCS1 and SCS3 controllers for an easy to carry portable DJ setup? Here, I've got an SCS.1m and a couple SCS.3ds connected to a computer running Traktor Pro.

I'm running both DaRouters (SCS1 and SCS3) at the same time. Both are checked in MIDI Devices preferences. The only "trick" to make this work is merging the 2 separate TSI files. I did this with the excellent TRAKTOR TOOLS program off http://www.traktorbible.com.

Once that's done and you've loaded the merged file, you're off an running!

I've received several emails about this configuration and wanted to add the following caveat. This is not a "plug and play" setup. Merging any 2 TSI files will likely result in some message overlap. In this particular case, editing both the TSI and the presets themselves would be necessary in order to make a 100% working setup. So this is more of a proof of concept than anything else.

Which soundcard do you use with the scs 3m to monitor your tracks ? I want to buy a behringer UCA 202 or the new one UFA 202 but I don't know if those are compatibles.

that doesn't look like the traktor preset i know of. can you upload this preset somewhere or please tell me what it;s called?
