My mom tells me she was a big beatles fan in the 60's.She liked them afterwords.She had a roomate in her bedroom (Teenagers),a sleepover.Her Dad entered and told the girls,"John Lennon Has Been Shot.Come downstaris".

I was in college the year double fantasy came out and I remember listening to the wheels song on the radio and a short time later the DJ announced Lennon was dead. I actually cried that night one of my hero's was gone. I bought the cassette and listen to this song from Lennon and being a fan knew he was telling us he had changed or settled down with his family taking everyday as they come and go. One of my favorite songs and hero. Thanks John and the Beatles. Thanks Youtube.

I used to be pretty sad about The Beatles breakup, and upset about Yoko getting in the middle, all that jazz... Now I guess I'm growing up because I'm actually pretty thankful to Yoko for taking John out of the rotting Beatles situation, bringing back the balance in his life and giving him so much joy and inspiration for those great songs.

you know, there are more good people in this world than bad people, but we, the good people, find it really hard to fight against the powerfull bad people that makes all of ours decisions. We all have to have hope and stand up to deffend our rights, thats what John Lennon taught me. (sorry for the bad english)
