1999 New Orleans premiere of the Cy Coleman-Larry Gelbart concept musical "City of Angels" at Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre. Directed by Sonny Borey, musical direction by Derek Franklin, choreography by Karen Hebert, sets by Bill Walker, costumes by Debby Simeon, sound design by Cliff Stromayer.
In this scene, fictional film detective Stone (Robert Pavlovich) goes on a hunt for a lost young lady in the seedy underbelly of the city. Featuring the Angel City Four, a tight-harmony Greek chorus, in the forms of a pornographer (Brian Rosenberg), a blonde floozy (Amanda Norman-Rucker), a brunette taxi dancer (Sarah Jane McMahon), and their Madame (Vatican Lokey).
