Every child has a mother here or there

Every father has a son somewhere

What do you do when you dont know, where a loved one is?

And from who is it you must hide your tears?

How do you sleep what do you dream, whos are the eyes you see?

A thousand voices and faces, but none you know

When theres no word to hold on to, in the silent noise

Who do you turn to, to hold your smile?

When you turn to H-ashem, look around for a moment,

Do you really think you stand there on your own?

Do you not see us with you there, the millions that care?

Dont you know you are not alone?

Your loved ones, they shine so bright,

They always will, through the darkest nights,

For their giving and truth, they sacrificed their lives,

They are the souls we never could be
