i have a question about the Rotation Assassinate is ONLY USABLE when the TARGETS HAS 30% HEALTH OR LESS so... how am i going to use that to start with

You are right, and you don't start with that. The list you see is a "priority list" not a "sequential list" meaning that when these abilities are available and with the proper procs they become your priority based on the list in the video. For example, when the enemy is at 30%, the next ability you should use is Assassinate because it is priority number 1 on the list. Then it is Discharge, and etc.

Pure sequential rotations vanished with WoW patch 4.1 I believe or maybe earlier.

You should make a video showing off your gear at first,your skill tree, key bindings, then record a pvp video of yourself owning it up. and ty for the vid helped alot :D

hey in your skill tree explanatio you forget that some atacks hit 2 times like trash and volcanic slash so saber counduit and static charges would be for eficient because you have to chances to stack pls answer me if you agree or if you dont
