Switchfoot - Where I Belong (2011 11-18 - Mannheim)

Recorded with a Sony Cybershot hx9v at Alte Feuerwache Mannheim.

What a GREAT, GREAT concert (prolly in my top 5 of 2011). Switchfoot totally exceeded all my expectations. The band played tight and was in a great mood, especially the singer who connected with the audience not only by interacting and letting people wave their hands, but also physically multiple times. He even sang a song while walking through the crowd.
The audience was also very, very into the concert, shouting and singing along to the songs.
I also must say that their songs also fit big arenas - luckily they played in this rather small venue, made it way more intimate. If you have the chance, go see them live.
The only disappointment was that they played for about 85 minutes only.

I love these guys so much... they have every reason to be cocky, but yet they're humble and down to earth more than anyone I've ever met. God bless Switchfoot!
