Again, the criminal justice system in this country isn't designed to make them change, its designed to pathologically perpetuate the criminal activity, dramatically.
More crime equals more money. Judges, Lawyers etc. Lobby for stricter laws and law enforcement and, taxpayers give it to them. Google the Cash for Kids scandal. It's the same for adults all over the country. Strict Capital punishement will only spark civil unrest. In that case no one wins, not even you.

Oh, btw, the criminal justice system in this country isn't designed to make them change, its designed to pathologically perpetuate the criminal activity. Funny things is, the countries with the most humane Criminal justice system have the lowest crime rates. Think Norway, Canada, etc. Now consider the high crime countries, the U.S., South Africa, Eastern China.

I truly believe that we need to protect criminals even more than we do now. Cops have some nerve arresting someone who refused to stop and led them on a high speed chase. If someone wants to kill you, rob you or stab you or rape you, then they deserve the best defense and protection money can buy. They should even be able to attend medical school or law school while incarcerated, and even run for President. This world is ass fucking backwards, they should've put a fucking bullet in his head.

@12Judah12 when a law enforcemnt officer activates the lights that is a form of seizure. you dont have to be arrested in order to resist. providing a false name is a form of resist, jerking your arm away when an officer trys to arrest you is resist. most resisting is due to the subject trying to avoid arrest.
