*IMPORTANT READ FIRST!* This is a crazy super speed glitch that will work on all consoles (as far as I know, I have a PS2 and a PC) and includes a tutorial on how to do it yourself.

@TheDartnight you have to apply ultimate upgrades first, then apply junkman. if you follow the video EXACTLY then it should work. timing for the throttle and brake is critical, it's difficult.
