  • I just sent in my swabs, I hope I can help someone!

  • @Harvey6711 Could you possibly rub that in anymore than you did? Not to mention that was almost a year ago. I didn't have to be told like I was stupid; that's no way to encourage someone who feels apprehensive (and not about waiting to go to the bathroom either) to sign up.

  • It's safer to take the giant needle!

Filgrastim is is produced by recombinant DNA technology. The G-CSF produced by E. coli is slightly different from G-CSF naturally made in humans.

    Adverse effects:

    bone pain.

    spleen rupture,

serious allergic reactions (including a rash over the whole body, shortness of breath, wheezing, dizziness, swelling around the mouth or eyes, fast pulse, and sweating),

    alveolar hemorrhage,

acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and hemoptysis.

  • this is great. very helpful

  • @Lavenderrose73 Yes, of c ourse you are - you know you cannot leave the donation process for 4 hours. It's not impossible to limit your trips to the toilet!

  • What I wonder is what happens of someone has to go to the bathroom in those several hours? Are they just encouraged to limit their drink intake?

  • Please send this to everyone on your mailing list. Many people still have not register yet due to lack of knowledge of the procedure. Don't wait until soneone important/special of yours need it to do it. God Bless!
