Petition for XBox Users Vsync Option Via Patch, The PS3 already has this feature to eliminate Screen Tearing.
BTW, Be prepared to hear rants from the PS3 Users saying the Xbox 360 cannot handle this option and that is the only reason the PS 3 users have it.

Did the patch ever fix this issue, Got rid of my PS3 with just cause wich was tear free, but got my new 360 S, and ordered this game hope there is no tear, the demo is awful
