Setting up Ngrablite to catch recording from any dreambox

This tutorial shows you how to record video from your dreambox.

1. Download NgrabLite that we will use to catch the streaming.

2.
For Vista: Install Ngrablite anywere you want but NOT in the C:\program files folder because of privilleges.
For XP: Install Ngrablite anywere you want.

3. Create a folder called "records" in the folder that you installed Ngrablite.

4. Share the "records" folder.

5. Open up Ngrablite.

6. Enter the ip of the dreambox and the port used (You must have configured the settings in the dreambox).

7. Choose "records" folder from the folder chooser in the left side of the program.

8. Click OK.

Now you are finished configuring the Ngrablite and your dreambox.

In the dreambox, select menu, then timer and add the channel and time you wish the dreambox to record.
The recorded video will be stored the records folder.
