  • He isn't sexist.... quite the oposite. He's trying to show how horrible everything is, and by showing life without democracy and such, he is showing how bad those things are. The reason there aren't any women is because it is generally a male war training facility.

And you kinda changed your veiw... I wouldn't feel happy if I got raped

  • wow this king is a coward and an evil dude most people would go ur a weekling die *bang*

  • whats wronge with sara anyway

  • I hope sara will be okay!

  • @AdvertChild98 But yes, I do agree with you that they should seize the opportunity, but there aren't much opportunities, so the best thing to do would be to wait and live, so you can fight on another day for yourself and others.

  • @AdvertChild98 It's hard to fight back--escaping, stealing, etc.--when you don't have the opportunity, not many people are on your side, and the situation is hopeless. Yes, one person can make a difference, but that's difficult to do when you're severely outnumbered by others who are armed and not afraid of shooting you down.

  • @sunnyh1994 Sure, things won't necessarily get better even if they try to rebel, but if they don't try, they'll never know. I think the most diffcult obstacles for civilians are 1) the enemies have powerful weapons 2) most of the civilians are not united for a common goal (most of them are wusses). The King is a ruthless idiot and is very predictable. There are no smart successors found if he were dead. He almost got assassinated which means it isn't impossible to have him killed in the future.

  • @sunnyh1994 I didn't suggest they should escape while the enemies are fully alert or carrying weapons. What I mean by fighting back is to use their brain to seize opportunity to escape, to fight back or to steal their weapons etc. There are many options for them, but they must have a will to fight back, however, what I can see is a punch of wusses who are so afraid of trying to do anything for themselves or others. Someone like Nabucca just accepts his fate, so do most of the people here.

  • @AdvertChild98 Things won't necessarily get better even if you do rise up and fight. The people from Nabucca's village rose up and attempted to escape but then were shot down by soldiers and Nabucca himself. Besides, even if you continue to submit, there's always hope for a better tomorrow because you live. Sure, you might be killed either way, but there's a better chance to live if you just remain where you are and don't revolt.

  • @sunnyh1994 In addition, I am not saying that I don't understand their fears, but things wouldn't be so horrible if the village or the captured prisoners schemed to break free or tried to figure out a strategy and seize any opportunity to fight back or to remove the ruler. However, everyone in this show seems too submissive, and feel like they just accept their fate or someting. I can see some characters fighting back, which is good, but not enough.

  • @sunnyh1994 I think you are the one lacks common sense. The reason why these poor people keep getting abuses for so long because no one ever stood up for themselves and for others. Yes, if they keep quiet, they would live longer, but this type of procastination will lead them to never dare challenge the ruler. Besides, they will still be killed even if they back down. There are only strong will characters like the male lead, sara can survive. Why? Because they fought back.

  • ...Wait, wasn't that the same guy in episode 3 or 4 who handed Sara's handkerchief back to her and was actually one of the few people being nice to her for once?
