One of the NFL's great voices in the late 60's, early 70's he partnered with Pat Summerall on game broadcasts and here on "This Week in Pro Football". Not only was he a hell of a DB in his day, he was a great announcer, and he was obviously a snazzy dresser as evidenced in this video!
RIP Mr. Brookshier.

The coolest helmets are the old Eagle (white with green wings) and Redskin ones. Love those old video clips of Norm Snead throwing to Ben Hawkins.

Brookie was great with Pat and I believe they were called "The Sunshine Boys" after several years teamed up together. Life after football on the field in the booth a lot of people got to know him better as time went by. God Bless Tom and his entire family............

1970. The bottom two right helmets are this years Superbowl. Also funny, Both NY teams changed there helmets and then changed them back since then.
