  • well, everyone has contributions... so i guess they also wanted to have something like this noble prize to make their name more popular..

  • everyone that wins the noble prize must have white stressed out hair.

  • ...it stands above the vanity of the so called physicists who want to prove something and play the ignoramus by telling that it doesn't matter to whom they prove it. the main goal is to be independent - and therefore to realize that every attempt of someone else is the attempt to suck out information from people like me. this

makes it easy to give them none at all.

  • real physicists don't fall for such political games like the "nobel prize". it's simply a test of how much they obey those who also misuse their work in order to damage

members of other religions, countries, thought. maybe for the official, the corrupt "physical society" this works - but we real physicists rather burn our work than to give it in the wrong hands - since our vanity lies in the task not to give the wrong people the information that enables them to do criminal actions.

  • the Nobel prize was unmasked as corrupt decades ago after the notorious jew Armand Hammer bribed his way to the finals for the peace prize. The unprincipled jews constantly bribe prize judges to give them awards. Back in the 1980s the wealthy jewish husband of horrible actress Pia Zadora bribed all of the judges to give her an award which later caused the show to be removed from network television after the scandal broke. The Nobel prize long ago lost all credibility and now is laughable.

  • @gringoroko The Nobel Prize is traditionally given to experimentalists, not theorists. Only for truly groundbreaking theories, such as the unification of the elctroweak by Weinberg, Salam, and Glashow, is the prize given to theorists. Even in these cases, experiments showed the theory to be sound before the prize was given. That is something that can not be said about the theories of Witten and Penrose.

  • iam next

    prey for me guys

  • says who? an idiot called "gringoroko"?

  • insignificant things? without his "entirely experimental" works in optical fibres, would it be possible for comments as insignificant as yours be posted here??

  • insignificant things. these guys didn't deliver any new profound theory. Their work is entirely experimental. This is just sooo unimportant maan, i cannot believe my eyes. What about people Roger Penrose, Stewen Hqawking Edward Witten?? These guys made great mathematical and theoretical contributions to physics- the singularity theorems, even the speculative M-theory etc are things that revolutionized the way of thinking.
