I saw her play this live once and only once at Hotel Cafe. If I recall correctly, she didn't have a name for it and just called it "The Steel Guitar" song. The steel guitar was played by guest, one of her friends, who i have never seen since (in the about 8 times I've caught her shows).

She has Lullaby on her myspace profile. It is available for download but don't know if the link is working. Hope that helps. It's a wonderful song. She sang it at the El Rey.:)
