ratio doesnt matter. if even a 10th of the nukes in the world are used, there wont be much left noither of US, nor canada, nor russia. Noone would survive.
America may look proud and whatever. It will never really risk a nuclear conflict, noither would russia.

Dude! USA Alone has a ratio of 20 - 1 nukes against russia. Quite honestly, if Russia were to fight, there wouldn't be much of a Europe left. Canada and the US will always be teamed together, we'll always back the US up. So if Russia goes to war with America, Canada will too. That's nearly half the world, including allies. So really, think about it.

Third I would like to enlighten you in the fact that in 2008 the world nuclear stockpiles are Russia-14,000 USA-5,400 France-~350 China-~200 UK-~200 Isreal-~80 Pakistan-~60 India-~50
