I think this commercial was from the early 90s. Carell was in Second City in Chicago back then, along with Stephen Colbert.

WTMJ, I won't listen to your radio anymore. There is only conservative Republican talk and that just doesn't coincide with the political climate of the greater Milwaukee area.

I believe it's "and that Jay Marvin" or something close to that, who must've been talent at the time (and most likely has something to do with the bandage).
