  • women shoulden't be in the military. Hands down, its wrong.

  • what astounds me is this idea that women need permission to do anything. are we not adults? are we not human? we aren't your children. we are equal and we belong to ourselves. imagine we were having this debate on black people. oh right! we did at one point. look how that worked out. biggotry never wins in the end.

  • i know women that are stronger than me physically and mentally i believe those women who choose to fight and know the risks should! women and men ARE equal as equals they have choice!

  • Women have a place in the military, but its not on the front lines as a trigger puller.

  • interesting, just stubbled upon this video, guess i'll add my opinion.

in my personal opinion as long as there in one standard for recruits in a job field and they pass those standards then those recruits should have the same oppertunity as there fellow recruits no matter what the field is. I feel it would be up to that one standard to route out those qualified and those unqualified for the job or position. so essentially one standard for every recruit to pass.

  • pscychological impact on her male comrade; this could cause a distraction and endanger the mission. Plus, being physically weaker, the risk of rape, and having more health concerns would interfere as well. There are women who would be able to handle the rigors of Special Forces. But they are few and far between. We do have advantages though. Our lower center of gravity allows our body to take more G force as pilots. And sniping... is a touchy subject, but Russia seemed to like us in WW2. :)

  • I'm a woman, and both my parents, brother, uncles and granduncles all served in the military. I myself am preparing to enter the Air Force Academy, once I graduate from highschool.

Personally, I don't see a problem with women in leadership positions. We're the weaker sex physically, not pscychologically. However, combat situations are different. We are distracting; whether sexually, or wounded on the battlefield. A woman who is bleeding to death and screaming in pain would have a severe

    cont.

  • My view on the issue mostly aligns with everyone interviewed, everyone but the pothead at 3:15 who I don't think really thought about it too hard. I do not believe combat positions should ever be open to women.
