there are a bit of "false" alarms but it depends on what bands you are listening to. Nothing is really false, if you listen to x-band or k-band and are near a automated door or garage door opener then of course it'll detect that. You can remove all the bands you don't need, which helps .

@GoLo1025 work's quite well. I drove across the united states on my move back to philadelphia from los angeles and it saved me a few times. Since i've gotten the v1, i haven't received a ticket.
