Mike Emrick narrates the final game of the Stanley Cup Final in 1992 between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks. From the NHL's "The 1992 Stanley Cup" VHS tape. Credits are included as I take no ownership of the footage or rights to the film. All I own is the video tape and I want others to have a chance to see this.
It's surprising that the Pens didn't win more cups with Lemieux/Jagr/Francis.

Blackhawks were a solid team too they had Belfour, Hasek, Roenick, Goulet, Captain Dirk Graham, Larmer, Chelios, . They were just more defensive minded while the penguins were an offensive minded team. offensive teams tend to stand out more than a defensive team. The Hawks back then were almost like the 90's Devils. The Hawks were a great team who could have done better except Keenan overworked them just like Hitchcock did to the Stars in the 2000 finals

Chicago Blackhawks should have won this series. Unfortuently Michael Kenan worked the players too hard and worn them out Same thing Ken Hitchcock did with the Stars in the 2000 Final

I don't think there's ever been a more STACKED single year team in NHL history. MAYBE the 2002 Red Wings, but that was mostly comprised of veteran HoF players who were slightly past their prime.
