@DrPrasad1 Hello Dr. Prasad, we have been processing PRP for surgical applications for the last 10 years or so, and we are interested in cosmetic applications for this wonderful system of natural healing. Can you elaborate on why you have chosen Selphyl over other PRP concentrate systems? What type of platelet concentration can you expect over baseline platelet numbers using Selphyl?

@BigBoss7777777 Thank you for your interest. We use the system as provided by SELPHYL for processing the PRP, or Platelet Rich Plasma.

@DrPrasad1 Thank you for replying. How many RPM do you spin the blood in the centrifuge and for how long?

@BigBoss7777777 Hello. Yes, I've applied PRP after and during the use of a dermaroller for wrinkles, fine lines and acne scar, yielding very nice results. Thank you for your inquiry.

@DrPrasad1 Hi Dr. Prasad, I was wondering if you have ever applied PRP/PPP directly to the skin after micro needling (dermaroller), if so what kind of results have you seen? If not, is this something you are interested in trying?

@TheBachelorRnB I've been pleased with the application of PRP for acne scars. The management of ice pick scars typically requires more than PRP alone and each patient is evaluated individually. We don't quote fees without a meeting in person.
