Ducati Paul Smart 1000LE full speed

Hitting top speed on a 2006 Ducati Paul Smart 1000 LE. The video was filmed on the 28th December 2010 on the desert roads of a country well known for its flashy buildings... Although the video is a bit bumpy, the ride was very smooth and the nose cowl gives alot of protection from the wind. Unfortunately, the orange sticker that you see on the windscreen really got in my way and I had to lift my head into the wind a bit.

What a horrible road for a Ducati...

Think, it's better to use a boring harley, and try to smoke a cigarette or drink a beer during the ride... LOL

@Muzungo1958 Yeah I agree its not a great road for a Duc but it was useful for testing the maximum speed. Don't think I could've held on round a corner at that speed!

Thanks for the friendly answer. Am from GErmany, have to drive 30km with my duc 916 to the Nürburgring Nordschleife, you know ? The "green hell" ;o) Don't want to critizied, I'm just a bit disappointed, to see such a nice bike, on such a .... road. Ok ? Greetz from Germany, muzungo
