@Ajee1 i agree with you and disagree. why do shia people ask the ahlul bayt? b/c the ahlul bayt is closer to Allah then us other humans, so we ask the ahlul bayt TO ASK Allah to guide us. we dont ask the ahlul bayt for help, we ask them to ask Allah for OUR guidance. i am shia and we can only ask Allah for help, and we do that through the ahlul bayt.

you r had completely wrong assumption about our view to see imam Ali, shia don't assumpt him as God.

we know that God is the only existense, and the only God we ask for help, only God could give our request. this just like:

"when u r thirsty, then u take a water, n drink it, to omiting your thirstyness, inthis case u believe that water is an intermediator for your request to God to omiting your thirstyness. Why u don't make a direct request to God for omiting your thirstyness?
