This is from the 2007 Woodward Dream Cruise DVD. These are custom police cars from various cities and states. They were in Metro Detroit for the 2007 Woodward Dream Cruise. They are active vehicles waiting for you to break the law. Some of them you wouldn't know were police until the lights start flashing behind you.
